Why this works for your school

Most HVAC spending at a school is not the repair itself. It is the emergency rate, the second trip, the hot classroom in August, and the invoice nobody budgeted for. The program takes those out of the equation.

1

Small failures get caught early

A weak capacitor found on a spring visit is a scheduled repair. The same part on the first week of school is a no-cool call, an emergency rate, and a room full of students moved down the hall.

2

Repair bills become a budget line

Warranty coverage pays the labor, the trip and the refrigerant on covered repairs. Everything else comes off a fixed program price list your business office has in hand before work starts.

3

One point of contact

One number for every building, one office that knows your units, and your PO number on every line of the invoice.

Spring & fall maintenance plan

Two visits a year on every system, filters included. Per-system pricing drops as the number of systems on your account grows.

Visit one

Spring cooling visit

  • Clean the condenser coil
  • Check the capacitor and contactor
  • Check refrigerant pressures
  • Flush the condensate drain
  • Test the thermostat
  • Replace the 1-inch filter

Visit two

Fall heating visit

  • Check burners, ignition and flame sensor
  • Inspect the heat exchanger
  • Carbon monoxide check
  • Heat pump defrost and reversing valve check
  • Replace the 1-inch filter
  • Written condition report to your office

Priority scheduling. Program schools go ahead of non-plan customers when the board is full.

Warranty condition. These tune-ups keep equipment in the normal-care condition warranties require.

Back-warranty coverage

Installed by anyone? We will back it.

Any residential-size system (1.5 to 5 tons) with an install date under 2 years old can go on our labor coverage plan, no matter who installed it. Terms are 3, 5 or 10 years. Put the same system on the maintenance plan and the coverage costs less.

Free labor Every hour of covered repair labor, paid in full.
Free service calls No trip charge to send a technician out on a covered repair.
Free refrigerant, no limit Reclaim, recharge and refrigerant included on covered repairs.
Zero deductible Nothing out of pocket on a covered repair.
No pre-approval needed We do not wait on paperwork or an adjuster to fix the unit.
A-rated insurance backed Coverage stands behind an outside insurer, not just a promise.

Coverage pays labor, the trip and refrigerant on covered repairs. Parts stay under the manufacturer's parts warranty.

Repair or replace, by system age

Under 2 years

Back-warranty it. Labor, trip and refrigerant covered.

5 to 10 years

Factory Reset. One visit, one flat price, replaces the parts already wearing down: capacitor, contactor, hard-start kit, surge protector, flame sensor, coil cleaning.

Older, or failing

Replace it. Fixed installed pricing by size and efficiency, with 3-year labor protection included. We can walk every building at once so you can stage replacements across budget years or a bond cycle.

Maintenance tiers, warranty terms, the fixed repair list and replacement pricing, in one sheet.

Built for schools

Everything below comes with the program. No extra charge, no separate sign-up.

Priority dispatch

Program schools go to the front of the board when the day fills up.

Scheduled around the school day

Maintenance visits are set before or after class, on breaks, or over the summer, not in the middle of instruction.

A spend limit you set

We fix anything under your limit without waiting on board approval, and send a photo quote for anything above it.

One invoice per campus

Building, room and your PO number on every line, ready for the business office.

Free system census

We log make, model, serial number, age and condition for every unit, then hand you a 3 to 5 year repair-or-replace forecast for the capital plan.

Photo documentation

Dirty filters, blocked drains and damaged equipment, photographed for your facilities records.

Back-to-school check

A flat price per unit before students return, so every room is cooling on the first day. Ask for a quote.

Discounted service calls

Every enrolled school pays one flat program service call rate, any distance, no mileage tiers.
